Mantra Crown Towers Aparthotel Gold Coast, Gold Coast

My stay was disappointing overall, particularly compared to the other hotels in the Mantra chain. The pool area was nice, but the accommodations were dated and not properly maintained. I had a rough check-in experience due to inattentive staff, and the room issues were quite frustrating. While the location was convenient, the lack of cleanliness and upkeep overshadowed the positives.

We had a delightful family holiday at this resort! The pool was a big hit with the kids, and being just one street away from the beach made everything super convenient. We found the breakfast to be great value at half price, and the Thai restaurant was a highlight of our stay. There were some cleanliness issues in the apartment, and we were a bit disappointed with the lack of air conditioning in the second bedroom, but overall, it offered good value for our family vacation.
